Parents wishing to volunteer as chaperones must submit a copy of their driver’s license and proof of valid insurance. Once received, we will seek consent from all parents to allow assigned chaperones to transport their children. OR
Transportation Costs: Chartering a bus costs $89.84 per hour with a three-hour minimum, and the driver remains on-site. These fees will be split among the students attending, along with the cost of the excursion.

We are pleased to announce that Mrs. Maoued will be organizing a STEM Fair on Friday, April 25. Middle School students will present their STEM projects, offering an opportunity for the entire school community—including parents—to explore and celebrate their work. The event aims to foster a deeper interest in STEM-related fields among our students.

We are pleased to announce the updated Ramadan schedule for 2025. The revised school hours for students will be from 7:55 AM to 2:26 PM with dismissal until 2:36PM, effective from March 3rd to March 21st. Student drop-off will begin at 7:30 PM and continue thereafter.

Insha Allah, Daarul Uloom Multicultural Day is scheduled for Saturday, February 8, 2025. This event will celebrate the rich diversity of our community with a variety of cultural displays, food stalls, and interactive activities.

DU will follow DU SCHOOL CLOSING POLICY as highlighted in the Parent/Student Handbook which states the following:
"[School Closing]
Parents should check the DU website at dupeoria.org (primary source) or the school voice message at 309-691-9089 for the latest communication regarding school closings. School closing will be communicated no later than 6:30 AM the day of closing. If there is no update on either DU website or voice message until 6:30 AM, then Daarul Uloom is open."
